The following help article will describe how to set up your FitzMail email account with Apple Mail. Although FitzMail email accounts are compatable with Apple Mail and other email clients, we are not able to support issues you may have with this setup.
1. Open Settings on your phone.
2. Scroll down and select Mail, then choose Accounts.
3. Select Add account.
4. Select Other.
5. Select Add mail account.
6. Enter in your email details, including your password, and click Next.
7. Select IMAP connection, fill in your email server settings, and password, then click Next.
The outgoing mail server settings on your iPhone will say optional. These are required to be able to send mail from your device.
Use the Following Server Settings:
Incoming Mail Server
Hostname: mail.fitzmail.net
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
SSL: Yes
Hostname: mail.fitzmail.net
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
SSL: Yes
Outgoing Mail Server
Hostname: mail.fitzmail.net
Protocol: SMPT
Port: 465
SSL: Yes
Hostname: mail.fitzmail.net
Protocol: SMPT
Port: 465
SSL: Yes
8. Toggle the mail option to the On position and click Save.
